Availability
SecuGen's Online Store is
available for shipment of products to anywhere in the continental
United States and a growing number of countries.
If you are ordering from a country not listed above or from Alaska or Hawaii, you may contact us directly by phone, fax or email to order products.
Processing
Online orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders
placed after 4pm (Pacific Time) will be processed on the
next business day. If a product is on backorder (temporarily
unavailable), you will be informed by email.
Shipping
Shipments for online orders are sent out from Santa Clara, California. Shipping charges vary depending on your country and the products ordered and will be calculated when you check out. You will be able to view the charges before processing payment. For products not on backorder, the following are the approximate arrival times for online orders.
Shipped within the continental US - 3 to 5 business days
Shipped outside of the continental US - 4 to 10 business
days

If you have any questions about an online order that you have already placed, please send an email to sales@secugen.com
and include your transaction ID.
You may contact the Sales Department to order the same
