SecuGen's Online Store
Availability
SecuGen's Online Store is
available for shipment of products to anywhere in the continental
United States and a growing number of countries.
If you are ordering from a country not listed above or from Alaska or Hawaii, you may contact us directly by phone, fax or email to order products.
Processing
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders
placed after 4pm (Pacific Time) will be processed on the
next business day. If a product is temporarily
unavailable (backorder), you will be informed by email.
Shipping
Shipments for online orders are sent out from Santa Clara, California. Shipping charges vary depending on your country and which products ordered and will be calculated when you check out. You will be able to view the charges before processing payment. For products not on backorder, the following are the approximate arrival times for online orders.
Shipped within the continental US - 3 to 5 business days
Shipped outside of the continental US - 4 to 10 business
days

If you have any questions about an online order that you have already placed, please send an email to sales@secugen.com and include your transaction ID.

Returns Policy
New and unused items sold directly from us may be returned for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
No refund will be issued for:
- Items returned without authorization from SecuGen
- Requests for refund made more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
If the product is defective in material or workmanship, it may be returned to us for repair or replacement within the warranty period for that product.
No repair or replacement will be made for:
- Items returned without authorization from SecuGen
- Items damaged by abuse, accident, misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized modification or repairs
All products, whether new or defective, must be authorized before being returned.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please e-mail us at returns@secugen.com. We are not responsible for any product returned without an RMA number.
