SecuGen's FDU sensor is a USB fingerprint sensor that contains an optic module for capturing fingerprints, with a USB interface and cable for communication with a PC.
FDU sensors are typically integrated into PC peripherals and work with any application based on SecuGen algorithms available in the SecuGen SDK Collection. Third party algorithms may also work with FDU sensors using SecuGen's image capture tools.
The FDU02R, FDU03 and FDU04 are highly versatile, next generation fingerprint sensors that feature Programmable Serial Numbers and Multi-Device Connectivity via the tools in the SecuGen SDK Collection.
