SecuGen announces longest warranty for any fingerprint biometric device of its class

Santa Clara, CA (July 31, 2006) – SecuGen is pleased to announce its commitment to quality by extending its standard warranty for the popular Hamster fingerprint scanner product line to three years, the longest standard warranty available for a stand-alone USB fingerprint scanner.

The term of SecuGen’s Three Year Limited Warranty, which provides for the repair or replacement of hardware, has been extended from the original one year for SecuGen Hamster III and SecuGen Hamster Plus models purchased on or after August 1, 2006.
