SAFLINK and Secugen sign mutual reseller agreements

Tampa, FL and San Jose, CA (November 9, 1999) - SAFLINK Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of The National Registry Inc. (NRI) (NASDAQ: NRID) and SecuGen Corporation, a leading supplier of fingerprint imaging devices and algorithms, announced today that they have signed mutual worldwide non-exclusive agreements to license and distribute each other's products.

The companies also announced that they have completed the successful integration and qualification of SecuGen's advanced fingerprint technology with SAFLINK's Secure Authentication Facility (SAF™). The reseller agreements allow each company to combine their complementary products and independently market the resulting value-added solutions through their respective distribution channels.
